Amy has been a god send. I was experiencing many difficulties with work and my rehabilitation. Whilst having Amy as my case manager ongoing symptoms were improving and Amy had taken a lot of stress off of my shoulders countless times by dealing with my work for me and also explaining a lot of the things that were happening and why. She aided my rehabilitation massively, it's a shame that it has ended early, but that is no fault of her own and she will be truly missed in my rehab journey. - Client

Testimonials
"In short, he's been excellent on all counts and at times been my only reliable source of medical support when my care and administration rom the NHS has been awful in the months/years after my accident.
In the first years after my accident, Anthony was instrumental in providing me with very much needed physio and securing me a mobility scooter. He was also instrumental in securing me the taxi account I needed to get me to work and back - and pick up my kids from school when I had very, very little mobility. He has chased up appointments for me, pestered my surgeon when communications have been poor, sought out alternative experts I could speak to and arranged a new scooter when I needed it and just today, helped arrange insurance for it.
At no point has Anthony been unable to offer clear succinct and on point instruction, advice and support. He has worked within his role but also been a source of reassurance when I have struggled mentally in the aftermath of my accident and the life changing injuries it has left me with. He has been transparent when he hasn't had answers to give, and made reasonable and realistic suggestions when necessary and graciously accepted my feedback when things haven't felt right or aren't working.
He has been sympathetic without being sickly and professional on all levels. I have never doubted Anthony's commitment to supporting me within his role and like I've said, I've regarded him at times, as my only reliable source of information. I cannot speak more highly of him in terms of his output, performance and how he has conducted himself.
I realise you are seeking ways to improve your service with tasks such as these, but from my experience I'd jsut say keep recruiting people like Anthony. Finding the balance between professional and relational is a tricky thing to achieve, but he has done so in his dealing with me superbly.
He will always have my, and my family's gratitude. I wont ever be able to thank him enough. " - Client

She has been my case manager since about June 2024 and I can't speak too highly of the support that she has given me. Always proactive, she has suggested and arranged for me to receive a number of extra treatments to help in my recovery. We have always had regular conversations by telephone, email and WhatsApp plus face to face meetings and she is always quick to respond when I contact her. If I had any issues with my leg, she would often contact me after the hospital appointment to check how things had gone. Right from day one, I have found her to be pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable and I am extremely happy with the high level of support and help that she has given. Client - April 2026

Biography
Charlotte is a registered nurse with 9 years of experience in the sports
science, healthcare and nursing industries, working with a diverse range of
patients/clients in the adult and paediatric populations.
Charlotte’s mixed sports science and nursing background enabled her to
work for many years in private medical clinics, whereby she undertook
physical and medical assessments mostly dealing with pre-employment
return-to-work and fitness-for-work certificates. Since becoming a nurse,
however, Charlotte’s main work has been within the hospital environment,

Whilst working with adults, Charlotte mostly worked in a busy surgical ward,
specialising in urology, vascular, thoracic and bariatric care. Later on,
Charlotte worked largely with paediatrics and neonates, spending a great
deal of time in A&E, on medical wards and in the high dependency unit
where she obtained skills in ventilation care.

I just wanted to write in to say a big thanks to my case support worker Ellie Whyte. She has been so helpful and so understanding with the way she handled my case.
There was a lot of frustrating moments I had to face following the RTC and when it's all new and all very confusing, you don't know where to turn to, she was an absolute angel!
So empathetic and she could draw from her own experiences and helped me understand what I needed to do and got me all the help from therapy to physio. She is so professional especially on my bad days of recovery, I felt so supported by her throughout. She has a very calm and caring nature and is such an asset to the team. I'm so glad she was the one I had helping throughout my recovery.
Thanks again for all the help and support. - Client
