Amy is an experienced osteopath who gained an array of knowledge from working within three large multi-disciplinary rehabilitation clinics. This led to her specialising in rehabilitation for clients with neurological conditions and complex orthopaedic injuries, such as traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, stroke and complex fractures.
Due to her strong ethos on health and fitness, Amy is aware of how important it is to keep her body fit and healthy and has a strong interest in nutrition and sport. Her love for neurology and neuroscience came from carrying out human dissections in Oxford and from studying the complexities of neuroscience at university. This developed into a passion for striving to provide and implement the most sound and robust rehabilitation and return-to-work plans for her clients.

Audrey Duff is a proficient sports rehabilitator with 14 years post graduate experience. She has worked within a range of rehabilitation settings including the Ministry of Defence, rehabilitating military personnel across primary care through to the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre (DMRC) at Headley Court. During this time, Audrey also ran her own private practice and additionally delivered rehabilitation within the NHS for chronic back pain. Audrey has experience in neurological conditions, including spinal cord injuries (SCI), strokes and brain injuries, and has completed Locomotor training for SCI’s with the Christopher Reeves foundation.
During her time as Major Trauma Rehabilitation co-ordinator at St Georges Hospital, London, Audrey was part of the team that developed and established the Major Trauma Signposting Partnership (MTSP).

Beth began working as a case manager in 2005 within the field of work-related injuries and absence management. In 2011, she completed a Certificate in Disability Management at Work. Beth has been working as a specialist case manager within the personal injury arena since 2013, managing the rehabilitation of clients with complex injuries, including acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation and polytrauma orthopaedic injuries. Bob has more than 30 years of clinical and specialist management experience in treating and managing rehabilitation and rehabilitation pathways for paediatric patients who have suffered mild through to extremely severe acquired and traumatic brain injuries. Bob's previous caseload included birth-related as well as subsequent trauma-related neurological injuries.
Bob has vast clinical and management experience in the field of rehabilitation of children and young people (CYP). In 1990, Bob pioneered the UK's first children's rehabilitation services at The Children's Trust, Tadworth (formerly known as Tadworth Court), developing residential and community services for some of the country’s most severely brain and neurologically injured CYP. As the service manager and clinical lead specialist, Bob established the skill mix and coordination oversight of the various teams for:
• CYP with disorders of consciousness
• CYP with complex neurological and physical disabilities and associated medical, social and educational needs
• CYP with severe behaviours that challenge families, public and statutory services
• CYP who are technologically dependent, for example, ventilator-dependent
• CYP with good physical recovery, but severe cognitive difficulties

Charlotte’s mixed sports science and nursing background enabled her to work for many years in private medical clinics, where she undertook physical and medical assessments dealing mostly with pre-employment return-to-work and fitness-for-work certificates. After becoming a nurse, however, Charlotte’s main work was in the hospital environment, working with adults and paediatric/neonatal populations. In terms of working with adults, Charlotte mostly worked on a busy surgical ward, specialising in urology, vascular, thoracic and bariatric care. Later on, Charlotte worked largely with paediatrics and neonates, spending a great deal of time in A&E, on medical wards and in the high dependency unit, where she acquired skills in ventilation care.
As a result of working in these different fields of healthcare, Charlotte gained a diverse range of skills and knowledge that have been transferable to her role as a rehabilitation case manager and that she has continued to develop. Claire MacLaine is a speech and language therapist who has been working with adults with neurological disorders for more than 20 years.
She has specialised in adults with traumatic brain injuries in intensive care, neurosurgery and neurorehabilitation, through to outpatients and community interventions in the UK and New Zealand. Much of the communication management aspect has involved social skills retraining, while the swallowing aspect has involved assessing and managing complex neurological dysphagia. Within these specialities, she has been a clinical educator for students and junior staff, a professional advisor and a workplace trainer on the psychological and physical effects of brain and spinal cord injury. She is also a conference presenter on the neuroscience of cognitive communication, a storyteller for well-being and an improvisation workshop facilitator for enabling confident communication skills.
Claire is driven to do the best for her clients and be extremely reassuring with families, using her knowledge and experience to provide advice and ensure that key information is given at the right time. From there, Hilary moved into a more acute setting, working for a hospice. Her role here was to enable people with life-limiting illnesses to maximise their rehabilitation potential and reach their personal goals.
In 2004, Hilary moved into the NHS, working as a rotational physiotherapist. In this role, Hilary was responsible for managing the rehabilitation needs of acutely unwell patients and enabling them to return home. This included personalised goal setting and equipment provision or liaison with community services where required. Hilary has completed all rotations and has successfully worked with patients with neurological conditions, brain injuries and mental health needs, as well as those requiring emergency and planned orthopaedic surgery. Her work has also included elderly medicine, respiratory diseases, women's health and outpatients.
By working in these different settings, Hilary has gained a diverse range of knowledge and skills that now serve her well in her role as a rehabilitation case manager. Nick graduated with a first class degree in sports rehabilitation in 2010. With the contribution of other authors, his final year dissertation entitled "The effect of prophylactic ankle support during stimulated soccer activity" was published in the Journal of Sport Rehabilitation in 2013.
Nick has worked in case management since 2011, starting his career as a telephonic case manager within the private medical insurance team. Nick has progressed through HCML and, before transitioning to the Multi-Track team, he acted as clinical supervisor for HCML’s telephonic rehabilitation services team for two and a half years.
Nick is a highly experienced case manager and manages a diverse caseload of various complex presentations. He assesses injured clients face to face within their homes, current care facilities or workplace, and formulates, develops and/or manages their rehabilitation programmes in conjunction with other healthcare professionals.
