Biography
Amy is a well respected and skilled occupational therapist with extensive experience in the treatment and rehabilitation of clients with the most complex spinal cord and brain injuries. She has a passion for spinal cord rehabilitation gained from 15 years in neurological rehabilitation, including six years at the NSIC, Stoke Mandeville Hospital. Amy achieved her master's degree in occupational therapy from Tufts and Harvard University after being awarded the Elizabeth Casson Scholarship. Amy’s wealth of experience ensures a calm and measured approach to complex situations, drawing upon excellent communication skills and critical thinking to manage the complications encountered within this injury group: • Awarded the Elizabeth Casson Scholarship in 2010 • Neurological rehabilitation, including spinal cord and brain injuries • Stroke rehabilitation • Splinting and upper limb therapy • Assistive technology, including MyoPro, Tyromotion, M2 Robot, FES bikes, GripAble and exoskeletons (Ekso, ReWalk) • Certified in the use of Seabo, Oddstock FES, Bioness and DMO Lycra • Presented at the OT show – Sexuality in Spinal Cord Injury • Bobath Concept – BBTA introductory course • Return to work, driving and leisure • Complex discharge planning and equipment provision • Posture and seating (manual/powered wheelchairs, cushions, specialist backrests) • Cognitive rehabilitation |

Biography
Amy is an experienced osteopath who gained an array of knowledge from working within three large multi-disciplinary rehabilitation clinics. This led to her specialising in rehabilitation for clients with neurological conditions and complex orthopaedic injuries, such as traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, stroke and complex fractures.
Due to her strong ethos on health and fitness, Amy is aware of how important it is to keep her body fit and healthy and has a strong interest in nutrition and sport. Her love for neurology and neuroscience came from carrying out human dissections in Oxford and from studying the complexities of neuroscience at university. This developed into a passion for striving to provide and implement the most sound and robust rehabilitation and return-to-work plans for her clients.
Amy’s skillset originates from her strong musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and integrated neurology background. Having been an osteopath in a range of disciplinary clinics, she has worked alongside experts in rehabilitation, which has provided her with insights into the most up-to-date rehabilitative technology and orthotics. This has enhanced her interest in proprietary and innovative technologies and her desire to make a tangible impact within the industry.

Biography
Amy has more than 20 years’ experience as an occupational therapist in the NHS and the voluntary sector. She is clinically skilled in paediatrics, neurorehabilitation, persistent pain, complex musculoskeletal conditions, complex mental health, and learning and communication disabilities. She has specialist training in psychosocial interventions and CBT treatment approaches.
Amy has vast clinical and rehabilitation experience across a spectrum of physical and mental health conditions. Using a biopsychosocial approach, Amy has proven skills in physical and psychological rehabilitation, helping people reach their maximum level of functioning with regard to activities of daily living and work roles. Ant is a vastly experienced Case Manager with 10+ years in the Personal Injury industry, working across multi-departments and disciplines.
Ant has progressed from telephonic-based case management to complex, face-to-face case management and has developed a broad knowledge of a variety of injuries, most notably orthopaedic injuries.
Ant is renowned for his comprehensive report writing, time management and organisation, which are regularly recognised by both rehabilitation clients and instructing parties.
Ant works hard to build up a strong working rapport with his clients and receives excellent feedback from clients, solicitors, and insurers alike.

Ashley is a dynamic physiotherapist with a diverse hospital career, but in recent years, her focus has been on working with major trauma involving patients with spinal cord injuries, polytrauma, amputations and complex fractures. Previous rotations exposed her to stroke, respiratory ITU and general medical cases. She has a special interest in spinal cord injury patients and adaptive living solutions, including the latest technological advances. She is self-motivated and seeks independent learning and development opportunities to further her knowledge and skills in the realm of spinal cord injuries and advocate for patients to ensure they receive high levels of care.

Biography
Audrey Duff is a proficient sports rehabilitator with 14 years post graduate experience. She has worked within a range of rehabilitation settings including the Ministry of Defence, rehabilitating military personnel across primary care through to the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre (DMRC) at Headley Court. During this time, Audrey also ran her own private practice and additionally delivered rehabilitation within the NHS for chronic back pain. Audrey has experience in neurological conditions, including spinal cord injuries (SCI), strokes and brain injuries, and has completed Locomotor training for SCI’s with the Christopher Reeves foundation.
During her time as Major Trauma Rehabilitation co-ordinator at St Georges Hospital, London, Audrey was part of the team that developed and established the Major Trauma Signposting Partnership (MTSP).
Since 2018, Audrey has worked within the personal injury industry as a case manager, managing complex injuries such as orthopaedic injuries, amputations, polytrauma, psychological, renal and occular trauma. Due to Audrey’s experience in all settings, she is able to clinically evaluate a client’s needs and is confident in decision making, advocating and facilitating a succesful rehabilitation programme with a collaborative approach.
